Pros

You will definitely get the job, they were always short-staffed with crazy amounts of turnover.

Cons

It was a call center customer service role. Bad pay, customers were unhappy with the workers' compensation healthcare system overall so you get to be on the receiving end of all of that misery all day. The business model has clear incentives that are not in the best interests of patients but they try to spin that. Corporate was patronizing and rather than a reasonable pay increase or bonus as incentive, every now and then they would have a "pizza party".

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

Cons

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.

Cons

Nepotism at it's finest! Management is not to be trusted.
