Pros
This place is a free for all. It's fun to meet the stakeholders, dig into what the work comp industry really is. It's a must to gain friends in each dept to aid you in your search for real reqs.
Cons
The teams you work for do not care to follow sdlc. Since the buy-in is non existent it's not easy to get projects done. The director always circumvents process for their own good. This leads to the business not following pmo process either.
