Pros
flexibility, co-workers are friendly and my team works well together.. benefits good. I have the best manager and if it wasn't for them, I would have left the company.
Cons
salaries need to be upgraded for the amount of work required. QA department checks for errors, but who checks their's? no real processes in place and training is NON EXISTENT. luckily I already had knowledge from previous jobs on how to process claims. promotions are lateral.
