Pros

Flexible hours and a high school environment, if you like that sort of thing.

Cons

I have NEVER worked in a more unprofessional setting in my entire life. Poor training, NO ONE knows what they are doing, ask one question, expect ten different answers. Also the rules change every day, so be prepared if you are looking for a place that makes you feel valued. No room for growth, it is just a call center. They have no interest in ideas that would help quality and efficiency. If you are looking for a serious job run by professionals, look elsewhere, this is not the place.

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.
