Pros

The supervisors were helpful and made it clear they were always there for you.

Cons

The inclement weather policy blatantly says they don't care about patient advocates or the inbound call center. The fact that those employees are expected to come to work regardless of how much snow is on the ground is both unsafe and unrealistic. They also don't care about employee wellness.

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

Cons

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.

Cons

Nepotism at it's finest! Management is not to be trusted.
