Driven, enjoyable environment. Great leadership. Fantastic culture and mission. Self-driven work. Everyone is treated with value and respect. Diverse group of workers between age, sex, and race with a focus on creating even more diversity as the company grows.

As more people are hired, office space will likely need to be addressed! That is truly the only con that I can think of. Oh yes, you will miss many people if you ever leave!
