Cons
1: At the time of joining they said they have 120+ employees but in reality there were only 18 peoples including HR, Company Owner, Chai vala and sweeper.
2: They hire you and again you need to give interview to there client to get them a project.
3: They humiliate you if you failed to get client or project for them.
4: Zero respect. They dont have basic etiquettes.
5: 4-5 % appraisal. No bonus. No job security
6: They took codes from there client and sell it to the market claiming MedRec is developing these software and applications.
7: Out of 18 only 5 are developer, and whole company is on there sholder.
8: Fraudster. In my 2 year tenure i have collected so much evidence to expose them.
9: No washroom no place to eat your lunch.
