Unprofessional MGT, too much Gossip, Clicky - Anonymous employee MedQuest Imaging Employee Review

The management in the accounting department is very unprofessional. It is like being around sorority sisters. They gossip about the whole company more than they work. They also keep a file on employees in which they record every single mistake, error, dumb question asked, and oversight with actual dates and times. I'm not exaggerating. It is hard to believe. This file is not kept for employees that they personally like. You have to walk on egg shells and really pick and choose your words carefully around them.
