Pros
The people are great. A lot of diversity on the team. The company has a lot of business coming in and is growing rapidly. The office parties were great before the pandemic hit, and we hope to be able to party together again soon.
Cons
A sudden onrush of business caused an off-kilter work-life balance that has caused several long time friends to burn out and leave the company over the past several months. It is getting better, there have been several new hires, and people from all departments are coming together to relieve the pressure.
