All of these recent positive reviews make me think there is an initiative in the business department to make us look better to potential employees. Those quality people mentioned above are often limited in what they can do for improvement due to incredible workload and unrealistic expectations. Management and infrastructure are sub-par and based on shoddy procedures when they are actually written down. Management wants employees to "get more out of the tank" when we are already giving everything we have. Those process improvement meetings haven't occurred for over a month by the way. CEO has a very demanding and confrontational style that is not conducive to a happy and nurturing workplace.
