      Startup culture with lots of work to do. This is not for the faint of heart, we have a lot of work to do. The team is passionate about what we're doing and how we're changing the stigma around Cannabis.

      Cons

      Fast paced, sometimes it can be too fast for most colleagues. You need to be ready for change it happens often.
