Everything. I worked for Medimpact for 4 years under different roles. My last year and a half I was working for Medimpact Direct Specialty. That team has so many flaws it disgusts me. If you want to work at a job that has absolutely no accountability, does not welcome new ideas, and will basically beat every ounce of happiness out of you until you are mentally unable to cope, then maybe this job is for you. I have experienced so many horrible things not limited to the way management tears you down. The whole companies work ethic is NOT to help the consumer. It is to help themselves. They would rather continuously pass the problem off instead of stopping and realizing this person has called 10 times and transferred to so many different people.. there is a kink in the system!
