You barely,if ever get paid commission owed. If processing messes up your order your commissions can get delayed for up to two years. Walking on egg shells around CEO and processing staff. Accounting is a nightmare and extremely inexperienced. They constantly break employee rights and laws. They make you sign a contract stating that if you quit then your commissions will be lost after 3 months. I know someone who lost about 40k in commissions owed to her and another who lost 15k. You basically work off of minimum wage. This company hires employees for cheap and has no structure for growth or pay. CEO yells at staff constantly especially sales. They hand out titles as a bonus to get out of increasing pay. When an employee quits they refuse to pay the full amount of commission owed.They forget to tell you that if they mess up filings then commission payouts to employees may take one to two years to pay out. It's a very stressful place to work and they are very verbally and mentally abusive to their employees. Employees constantly come and go. I wouldn't not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I believe they are in a lawsuit with ex employees.
