Pros

Strengthens knowledge of human anatomy

Cons

Pros

Medcure is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. They truly value their employees and it shows in the benefits and culture they provide. One of the standout perks is the paid lunches three times a week — a thoughtful gesture that makes a big difference. They also offer paid PTO and holidays, which helps support a healthy work-life balance. Another huge plus for me is the ability to work from home. This flexibility allows me to be more productive while also maintaining balance in my personal life. What really sets Medcure apart, though, is their commitment to promoting from within. Growth here is not only encouraged but supported. It’s truly up to you how far you want to go — the opportunities are there. If you’re looking for a company that respects your time, invests in your development, and fosters a positive and flexible work environment, Medcure is it!

Cons

I wish we have more Paid sick time and more team bonding exercise. So all department can get to know each other.

Pros

None. Just don't do it if you value your dignity and mental health.

Cons

- No upward mobility, but you will be expected to take on managerial tasks anyway - bad behavior is rewarded - HR is completely inappropriate - you have to share a building with a department that hates you - nothing you ever do will be good enough. They always want more but won't increase their budget or accept new ideas or offer incentive.
