Medcure is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. They truly value their employees and it shows in the benefits and culture they provide. I wish we have more Paid sick time and more team bonding exercise. So all department can get to know each other.

- No upward mobility, but you will be expected to take on managerial tasks anyway - bad behavior is rewarded - HR is completely inappropriate - you have to share a building with a department that hates you - nothing you ever do will be good enough. They always want more but won't increase their budget or accept new ideas or offer incentive.
