I wish we have more Paid sick time and more team bonding exercise. So all department can get to know each other.

No protocols or procedures to speak of, No real training, Bad Management, a confusing mix of micromanagement and complete lack of oversight. The front door unlocks automatically if you step in front of it so HIPAA violations are a thing. It's dreadful.
