The company does not offer any benefits or car allowance, which is disappointing. The base pay is low, and the commission structure is not great, making it difficult to feel financially secure or motivated. Additionally, the CRM system is highly unorganized, adding to the daily frustrations. Training was another significant issue. We only received training on the products, with no sales training provided. This left many of us feeling unprepared and unsupported in our roles. Moreover, the company does not participate in the vendor credentialing system, which makes it challenging to gain access to crucial research labs, severely limiting our ability to do our jobs effectively.
