Pros

There are no pros to this company. It is an awful company full of scam artists.

Cons

I recently observed the extensive interview process conducted by Medcerts for an entry-level position, where my peer underwent five interviews. Regrettably, despite the candidate's investment of time and effort, no job offer materialized. The company also disclosed that it was between this candidate and one other. Who says that? So unprofessional. This experience raises concerns about the efficiency and outcome of the company's hiring procedures, prompting a need for improvement in its approach to candidate evaluation. This company also has terrible reviews from actual students and they are not accredited. Stay far away from them.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to enhance our interview and hiring processes. While we understand that a pre-screening and four interviews may seem like a significant commitment, we want to assure you that this is not our typical process. Due to the holidays and pre-planned PTO, some interviews had to be separated in this particular instance. However, please know that we recognize the time and effort candidates invest in our interview process, and we strive to make it as efficient and respectful as possible. While this role is entry level, it plays a crucial role within our organization and meeting with several members of the team ensures both a role and culture fit. Additionally, transparency is one of our core values, and it guides our approach to the interview process, it is very common for us to share where a candidate is in the interview process, especially when in the final round. We believe this can set expectations with candidates and offer encouragement that they've made it to the final round of interviews. While we appreciate the investment in time and effort, not every candidate can be hired as is the nature of job interviews. As a former employee, we'd love to hear more about your individual employment experience compared to your peer's interview experiences. Your insights are valuable to us as we strive to improve our processes and make MedCerts a better place to work.
