Great management, dispatchers, and overall very good people

Occasionally have a passenger who threatens me

Cowokers are all extremly nice. Overtime is offered often. Benifits are good. Feels like meaningful work.

You can get more tasks with no pay raise only title changes. Management does not communicate efficiently with each other. One supervisor told me that I would be most likely fine to take a vacation and then a day before the vacation another supervisor said that if I went on it I would be quiting.
