Pros
-Steady (low) paycheck -Offered (status quo) benefits -if you fit a certain “mold”, you’ll be fine -good to bank a year or two of resume experience, then move on
Cons
Very much a “good ol boys” club. If you don’t fit this mold (like me), you’ll be forced out the door. I was pushed out a few years back not because I was a bad employee but because a new department head was brought in and that person decided they didn’t like me - no more, no less - and that sealed my fate. Based on some of these reviews I can tell their business practices haven’t changed much since.
