Work Life Balance (The owner is incredibly flexible and understanding, also they are only open Monday-Friday and overtime is 100% optional, no nights they are open 8:30am-5pm). Pleasant Work Environment (Everyone is kind, respectful and helpful. They stay very consistently busy but not so overwhelming that your stressed; just very little down time). Long Term Stability (The company has a steady clientele, the owner and management will make sure to do everything they can for you). Interesting Industry

Smaller Company (You do have to WANT to work, it's a small company and they're reliant on their people so you do stay busy 95% of your day. There are breaks of course, but there is ALWAYS work to do. I personally enjoy that because it makes the day go by so much faster!) PTO (Not going to be the same as if you were in a larger company, however if you need a day off, you're sick, etc management doesn't expect you to over explain).

Unfortunately I cannot give any guidance on the Pros for working for this company.

Success in product sales does not a healthy workplace make. Hire an outsider, any outsider, who is not part of the family dynamic, one day you are in and the next day, with no quantifiable or justifiable reason, you are out all while being told your job performance is capable and sufficient. If you hire on, know who really runs the company and that her whim and her mood determines your fate. Toxic workplace manifest. Stay away.
