Med Communications, Inc wants to thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you did not have a pleasant experience while with us. Med Communications, Inc strongly commits to providing 'Service Excellence' to all of our clients. Med Comm has many processes and procedures in place and those may be directed by the Clients. It is our Companies responsibility to ensure that we are servicing to their expectations. We understand errors will be made and we apologize if this could be mistaken as micro managing staff, I would like to inform that in order to provide service excellence we have to be quick to catch and correct errors as they occur so that it does not become reoccurring. Regarding the Medical Information Contact Center Supervisor, I am pleased to state that Med Comm has split teams and added a 2nd supervisor. Supervisors now have more time to manage their responsibilities and dedicate to their staffs needs. This has been successful and very good for the environment in the office. As a small company that has been hit with aggressive growth, to staff it may seem like situations are being ignored when in fact we are working to build the structure that fits for the circumstances. MC will promote more insight during changes like these.
