Toxic workplace - Reporter Meaww Employee Review

Nothing was good in this company. Only that they paid on time.

It was too toxic. There were no fixed hours. They kept changing work hours on daily basis and would inform about next day's shift time an evening before..one day, you get 9 am shift...next day it's 6 am..the next day could be 12 pm. The micromanagement was text level... You had to text them login, logout and "taking a break" and "back from break" msg every day... If you got 2 minutes late, they would call you up...once I was 5 min late for my 8 am shift, my senior called me up.... I wasn't allowed to take lunch break for more than 30 minutes ..it's so bizarre..

I don' think there's any pro working with that organization, if you wan to get a headache go for it

BAD WORK CULTURE, THEY MAKE YOU WORK FPR 12 HOURS, CALL AFTER OFFICE HOURS. WORST. ALSO NO LUNCH BREAKS.
