Work from home is allowed. Salary on time. Good technical growth in Java - Backend Team and Angular - Frontend Team. Enough and flexilble leave culture.
Cons
No incentives or bonuses. Paying very less as per market standards saying that it is product based company. No cultural activities, lack of internal communication between different teams. Attrition is not so good, employees leave frequently, except top management. Focused more on new hiring instead of retaining the existing experienced employees. Company is not much diversified. Don't expect office life as they have a very small office in a colony. Not recommended for freshers/interns, because they will put in Nodejs automation team which is more of operational work and no growth in terms of tech skills as it is repetitive work not even on core Nodejs backend development. No fun and personality development activities virtually/offline only you have to focus on work. No meetups with U.S team even teams work on different tech stacks don't interact much. Intern/Employee onboarding is not good as there are very few senior employees to guide you.
