Very rewarding to see when you have helped a client achieve their business goals. No gossip or negative chatter amongst staff with I love. Very charismatic owners who are approachable and happy to talk and work directly with all the staff.

The pay is very good depending on what position you have. Many employees are very kind and try to create a positive atmosphere.

This company teaches L Ron Hubbard business technology to other companies to help them expand their business. Once they have successfully made you a client, their main goal is to get you into the church of Scientology to go up the "bridge". Most if not all of the employees are scientologist. They are a "WISE" company, which means that they are a Scientology based company that follows Scientology business technology. They also have to report stats back to WISE on how many people they have gotten over to the church and they earn a commission on what that person spends doing courses at the church. They even report a stat for how many scientologist work for them. They also announce at meetings that their main purpose is to get people "up the bridge" (into the church) and clap at a picture of L Ron Hubbard after most meetings. If you are not a scientologist, do not work here. This company is an extension of the church and is not a professional work environment if you wish to keep your religion separate from your work place.
