Pros

Flexible working hours, zero hour contract so able to work when you want, good bit of extra money, easy to pick up shifts

Cons

No communication between office staff or to support workers so new shifts are lumbered on you without anyone asking and can loose shifts without knowing and still turn up to services. Minimum wage but expected to do way beyond the minimum work. No one cares about the employees and can't ever speak to staff higher up if you have problems.
