Individual creativity and expression is of paramount importance to working with the Meaningful Works team. Original thinking is a necessary job requirement here. Busy schedules sometimes pushed the experimental work aside. But we always got back to it.

Nice location to work at.

- I felt the office was still small at the time so there it wasn’t a clear the hierarchy of management. Everyone was jumping on top of others jobs and workload. It’s a complete mess and confusing. - You literally will be given jobs even out of your job description, and it’s a behavior and culture that is accepted in the office. - The boss mishandles his power as the boss and mistreats his employees. He will use any of his employees for any gains needed to achieve something for the company or for his own personally appeasement. He also plays favoritism. - Overall the office culture is very negative. It’s not a great experience working here and the culture is very toxic. - no parking and no compensation for public parking.
