Usually, within only a few months of starting a job, the cracks start to show. The only cracks I've seen here are the typical growing pains that come along with what is still a relatively new agency, if you consider how they formed during the peak of Covid. I enjoy how you truly have a voice here, that if you see that something isn't working, you can tell them that, and they actually listen and do what they can to fix it. You're not just putting a slip into the suggestion box that gets tossed out without ever being looked at. The team at MeanPug legitimately cares about each other. They also care deeply about their brand and how they position it. I can feel good every day that I work for a company that has integrity and that isn't tone-deaf to the concerns of both its team and its clients.
