Pros

As a practicum student here it was an exceptional experience to work with the team! I was given a lot of freedom to do the Calgaryisgreen on Facebook, write blogs weekly, and do a search campaign for a couple of their customers and narrowed it to the best results for what they are looking for to improve the search results. Amazing team communication on what goes on behind the scenes for all their clients. They are very open and honest about everything they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a digital marketing company in any capacity.

Cons

It was a very small office if you want to have a lunch break there isn't really anywhere to go, I ate my lunch at my desk. It was okay as it was a 7-hour workday. I can't really say anything bad about working for them.

Pros

-100% remote: Love the flexibility of working from home. -Work-life harmony: Little to no overtime, but have a life. -Great team: The team is supportive, fun, and laid back. -Growth potential: The company has just rebranded and is expanding its list of clients, with plenty of opportunities. -Challenging work: B2B marketing keeps things interesting and requires strategic thinking. -Fair pay: Compensation is above the industry average with benefits. -Autonomy: No one is breathing down your neck. -Boutique agency style: A smaller team means wearing multiple hats, but this keeps work interesting IMO. -All hands on deck: Expect to roll up your sleeves and get involved in daily tasks.

Cons

-All hands on deck: Expect to roll up your sleeves and get involved in daily tasks; it's a con if you fancy supervising rather than doing work. -Growing pains: Occasional bumps in the road as the company expands (e.g., process, delegation) -Boutique agency style: A smaller team means wearing multiple hats, again, good or bad, depending on your preference.
