Good benefits, plenty of flexibility, and private company so no quarterly earning expectations.
Cons
An absolutely dumpster fire of talentless leadership throughout. So stuck in the good ol' boy ways that they can't get out of their own way and develop talent. Half of leaders in this company's various divisions are related to someone else within the company and were simply "appointed". It is most definitely not what you know but who you know. Meddling senior managers have no clue how to lead or provide direction or strategy.
