      Overtime is there ,Union is active, Benefits are good And Most bosses are good to work for, Pay is good as long as your working the overtime.

      Cons

      A lot of weekends, No room for advancement, Sometimes it feels you don't have time for family, Dirty blue collar work.

      The people that do the work are great.
