If you’re in management and not a branch manager then you get screwed on earning extra money. “Supervisors” are under paid more the $20k in the industry average. You have to fight and beg for sales leads to try and make ends meet. The Greensboro branch manager only cares about what he can sale and doesn’t care about helping technicians. He also has no intelligence to be able to strategize on making sure that work is covered weeks in advance when employees are planning on taking PTO. Delegation is the only management method known by certain managers and they will not help you out if you take time off other than to force someone else to cover your route. They fired the best manager they had in Greensboro, and now we have to work extra, complete extra services that use to be assigned to a seasonal employee, and still expect us to take on more work! DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!
