      Pros

      Great staff events. Benefits comparable with other Bay Street firms.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, HR is non-existent, no career pathing or succession planning. Poorly managed departments. Everyone is always afraid as people drop like flies. One day they’re there, next day gone. People are treated like numbers. I regret working here as this firm has no integrity.

      Great partner and associate support network and mentorship.

      Cons

      Senior management direction has been questionable at times leading to significant departures that would have brought significant and meaningful opportunities for more junior members of the firm.

      Big firm with smaller firm feel. You get to know everyone in the office which is rare in other offices.
