Pros
This company has a very creative group of talent. Perfect place if you are a quick study, can think on your feet and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. They encourage community service and volunteerism. Great mix of seasoned professionals/mentors and newer members of the work force.
Cons
With four distinct companies under one roof and departments being clustered by area of specialty, there were occasional redundancies. Sometimes the right hand should know what the left hand is doing so they can collaborate, saving time and money spent on similar resources.
