      Pros

      Working in Technology is always a way to positively impact our clients' day. The company allows everyone the opportunity to grow, succeed and have a positive impact. Getting to work with one a legendary businessman on daily basis is inspirational and rewarding.

      Cons

      Nothing to share. It is a fast paced, rapidly evolving company. This is not for the faint at heart. The MSP business is not a typical IT job, and requires motivation and the ability to adapt every day.

      Pros

      Good for first-timers with no experience. In a year, you'll have learned what other IT professionals take decades to pick up.

      Cons

      No employee has more than 3 years of experience at this company. Talent is underpaid and constantly looking for the exits. There is no advancement across Group companies except for sycophants... but none last more than 2 years before incompetence catches up with them. On-call is "engaged to wait" and uncompensated for that time, despite legal requirements. It's been like this for 35+ years across all McLane Group companies... so at least he's consistent.
