The legal assistants know their stuff. They are amazing. Team is headed by the new office manager. She's smart, kind and creates a great company culture. They pay 100% benefits for employee and family.

Needs to think about a succession plan.

The company's lawyers are very experienced, and that makes the assistants jobs more predictable. All employees I worked for (except the former manager) are very professional, They only focus on getting the job done without involving personal issues. They rarely ask for overtime and they make sure that employees don't feel overwhelmed.

The previous manager was very hard to work with, with a very fixed mind and not open to better ways of doing things. Often she would come across very controlling and rude. But thankfully the new one has experience, great humor and teamwork skills.
