      Underpaid is an understatement No bonuses Yearly merit raises are a joke Hard work is underappreciated You can barely work and have others do your work and be praised by SMT

      The people are great. From the moment you start you are welcomed in.

      Cons

      there are disgruntled employees who make it a point to assert their dislike with how things are going. There are no clear training materials for employees. You are left to find your own way.

      Literally everything you can think of that would be bad at a job .. no good pay, trash raises, incompetent management. Wouldn't recommend this job to anyone unless u like being treated like your not worth anything
