      I wish I could find a pro but this whole company is a joke! They only focus on marketing for the company and not the work.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! AVOID I visited the LA office and the staff clearly tries to fake their positions. The so called design managers / director are clueless on their roles. The people running with high Titles lack experience and are in roles they would never qualify for in other companies. Employees are brainwashed to think this company is more important than anything in their lives. If you are no longer in your 20s then SKIP this company. They only want young ppl out of college so they can be brainwashed. They preach diversity but almost every person who is hired looks the same (white).

      Pros

      Great company culture, exposure to some amazing projects, project teams are fantastic, camaraderie with your team, great resources and onboarding to ensure you learn to do your job well. ESOP and bonuses are great.. if you stick it out long enough.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive as other GC's, you can be relatively underpaid as they rely too heavily on preaching about the ESOP (which takes you 5 years to even be fully vested). Can be very political and leadership kinda plays favorites, some people who dont deserve it get promoted quick and others who do deserve it never get promoted. Long work hours and depending on the jobsite it can be pretty high-stress (but thats just construction for ya).
