      Pros

      The employee ownership program is like none other. They are truly a an employee owned company. They make sure every full time salaried eomplyee is upated on what direction the company is moving (at the very least quarterly). On top of the overall company transperanncy, they Employee Stock Ower Ship Program/ Plan (ESOP) comes in at equal or better than your 401K, on top of the traditional 401K.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not viewed as a balance. This is a con but also a pro. Sometime its 80% work/20% balance and others its 80% life/20% balance. But.. the expectation is working around 10 hours a day.

      Pros

      Great company culture, exposure to some amazing projects, project teams are fantastic, camaraderie with your team, great resources and onboarding to ensure you learn to do your job well. ESOP and bonuses are great.. if you stick it out long enough.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive as other GC's, you can be relatively underpaid as they rely too heavily on preaching about the ESOP (which takes you 5 years to even be fully vested). Can be very political and leadership kinda plays favorites, some people who dont deserve it get promoted quick and others who do deserve it never get promoted. Long work hours and depending on the jobsite it can be pretty high-stress (but thats just construction for ya).
