Pros
Competitive pay, but an even better total benefits package and perks while working here. At my old company, it was more of a boss-subordinate relationship. They told you what you needed to do and you had to figure out how to do it. They wouldn't provide much help when asked and would get angry and upset when it wasn't the exact way they would've done it. Here at McCarthy, that couldn't be farther from the case. My project team promotes a true "We, Not I" culture we preach so much at the corporate level. We approach problems as a team, welcome everyone's input, and unite together to find a solution. I could go on for days about the things that I enjoy so much about McCarthy, but the bottom line is that they take care of their employees and know how to have a good time doing it. They spare no expense when it comes to taking care of their employees, you just have to ask for what you want. Opportunity to travel (pro for me, maybe not all) for some of the coolest, biggest, most complex jobs you'll have in the country.
Cons
As with any job, there are times you need to crunch. While the standard work week is 45-50 hours, don't be surprised if all of the sudden you have a Saturday you have to work or a short period of time where you have to crunch and work 50+ hours. No cons really, I love waking up knowing I work here.
