Pros
I really like that it is a smaller company, however it was bought out by a larger company so there is a somewhat corporate environment. It's easy to get to know everyone with the smaller number of employees.
Cons
At certain times it seems as though there is no opportunity to move upward in the company, depending on the department you are in.
