Unhealthy - Shipping and Receiving McCain Foods Employee Review

Almost 10 years here and on my way out. I've seen everything. High turnover has alot to do with pure attrition and creepy gaslighting. I've never seen so many grown men straight up walk out of a job. Usually within first 6 months to a year. Health and safety is a game of sweeping drug/alcohol issues/accidents under the rug so long as its only machinery and equipment being damaged. Not unionized and HR seems to be tired of issues. You're on your own and it's the wild west for what rules get enforced and for who stays and leaves the company.
