Uncertainty and too many changes - Anonymous McCain Foods Employee Review

The company is lost and in a fog. They have no direction of where they are going. Most of the top leadership have left or been fired in droves. There is a new organizational structure every 2 weeks. There is no advancement, career development or succession planning. The company is is cost cutting mode at all costs. Not a good place to work and will not be for the next 5 years at least.
