      Several key personnel across all departments recently left. COO pleaded guilty to tax fraud, part of a larger scheme of stealing money from former employer and donating to his Chabad. He's now under house arrest. When long time employees are laid off, no severance is provided. HR acts like they are stuck in 1990. Annual reviews non-existent. Promised commissions and bonuses, then nothing. Pay and benefits below industry averages.
