      Good people to work with, fun environment, very nice store.

      Low pay, corporate take over is stretching the working too thin. The company is losing its core values it was built on.

      The only pro was compensation.

      Cons

      Management is a huge issue, they treat their employees terribly. Poor planning and staffing shouldn’t result in having to work without a break. As a manager, you should be able to jump in and cover a position in a jam and ensure your team gets their break.
