Pros

Great location and friendly coworkers

Cons

Eleven out of twelve departments are managed by men: Bakery is the exception. I worked at this supermarket for three years. I worked the same amount of hours as my male co-workers, I was the same age and had been with the company for the same amount of time. In addition, I trained this male coworker of mine. I was paid 25% lower than him per hour. I met with the store manager numerous times to discuss this disparity - he brushed it aside and did nothing. This is crude sexism and is a disgraceful addition to the Princeton community that prides itself on equality.

Pros

The only pro was compensation.

Cons

Management is a huge issue, they treat their employees terribly. Poor planning and staffing shouldn’t result in having to work without a break. As a manager, you should be able to jump in and cover a position in a jam and ensure your team gets their break.
