Verbal abuse from senior officer, no training, sink or swim in the digital department. Lack of training . Executives are fully aware of the problem but turn a blind eye and ask you to ‘stick it out’ or to just ‘ignore’ the abuse. Offered more compensation than requested (red flag) only to be let go months later with no warning and billable projects on the book. Expected to work during peak season to Q/A because they let go all internal designers and now having to rely on outsourced folks in across seas who have no inclination to meet deadlines. Bad mouthing coworkers vocally in front of others, bad moral, throwing things in meetings because some Chief Officer cannot contain his anger issues. No respect to attending meetings in order to manage projects.
