Pros

Nice coworkers who pitch in to get the job done Some great support staff from overseas corporate office

Cons

Total focus on sales to the detriment of back office operations. No incentive for excellent work except more of it. Favortism of sales staff over operations in compensation Senior management has apathy to front line customer experience. Reward for hard work was more of it. Serious brain drain. Most startup employees jumped ship within 1-2 years.

Pros

Talented co-workers, competitive pay at first, with good benefits and bonus

Cons

In mine and manys opinion and perspective, leadership is a man's world and a system of friends with only one woman promoted in the US in years into leadership. Many promotions happen but all but one in two years have been men. The politics are difficult to keep up with because of secret agendas. You will be directed to collaborate with the global team but there is no collaboration, only delegation of the least rewarding work they don't want to do. The amount of meetings on calendars are unmanageable, the professionality of leadership is non-existent except for a select few good ones and is excused as "directness". The inappropriate behaviors of the Israel teams are excused as "cultural". Skills and experience are not valued or utilized, leaving many people at this company feeling failure daily. In instances where guidance is needed, you need to be prepared to be belittled or used as a political pawn by most leadership. Exclusion and favoritism is a common practice and you will be a part of many meetings that you are not needed but on none that you should be. If you are not a favorite of specific members in leadership, your resources will shrink, expectations of your role will grow and you will find jokes being cracked about you. Treatment is very similar to what you would see in high school and not a productive work environment to face daily.
