Nice supportive environment, good if you want a steady back office job. Quite challenging and numerous improvement opportunity. Mature S&OP and everybody is aware on the importance of good S&OP. Steady salary growth ~6% per year, 1x THR, annual bonus based on KPI. Office car for managers and above.
Cons
Pay is at lower band compared to other FMCGs, gap is significantly wide to MNCs. Slow career progression. No rotation for the management trainees.
