      Friendly coworkers and management. Flexible and family oriented. Exciting projects and a laid back environment that promotes work life balance.

      Cons

      Professional growth can be hard. Smaller firm so most team leads/managers have been with the company for a long time

      Pros

      Great working environment, lots of perks in the office that's keeps you on/off work and helps you refocus yourself.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are low compared to the workload that they are giving you. Management doesn't really listen to employees and they don't value their opinions and feedbacks. It's hard to get your concerns escalated to top management and the HR doesn't really care and won't help you.
